121 DISCUSSION
Each module is a 45 minute interactive discussion 121 with our Career Tactician. We will introduce ideas and also develop your current strategies.
REFLECTION
Each section requires you to consider how you can implement the ideas and suggestions into your job search and application methods.
ACTIONS
After each session we will set you targets and challenges for you to complete. These will develop your techniques we discuss to ensure they are embedded.

Throughout the programme your progress will be checked and the course will be adapted to your requirements.
After the modules are completed we will support you to embed the skills, overcome barriers and develop yourself further - the whole programme lasts up to 6 months in total.
